  1. How did your project differ from the original version?
My final project differed from my original version by adding more colors, adding a little more detail and designs from the previous sketch.
  2. Do you think your project is a success? Why or why not?
I would personally say that this was a successful project because I found myself liking how it turned out. I also liked how there was a difference from the first sketch.
  3. I think my project got stronger by improving my color, designs, and lines. I liked how there are the rainbow droplets spraying out of the elephant and the word “dream” is written in the clouds to give a friendlier vibe.
  4. What ideas, concepts, or artistic abilities were you trying to explore in this project? Did you achieve your goals? Do you think your piece communicates what you wanted it to?
I wanted to create a child-friendly picture by adding colorful colors and making the font seem approachable. I also decided to use the background color as blue to portray more of a calming effect. I also used photoshop to create the elephant more of a professional effect and outlined the picture with my iPad pro to highlight the things I thought were more important. Hopefully, when people see this, they are able to feel a friendly environment.
  5. What would you do differently if you did this project again?
If I were to do this more differently, I would probably only use photoshop and try to make it more professional by adding more contrast, change the background color to more of a gradient color to make it prettier.
This was my original sketch.
